MEERA
In our travels across India rumour steered us towards a remote village at the foot of the Himalays where the origin of a series of mystical potions using indigenous ingredients was created in ancient times. The name of the revered creator was a lady called MEERA, and her potions were crafted and distilled by the grand masters of the royal kitchens in Rajastan to be served to the Maharajas and Maharanis as exotic liqueurs. Today, with the use of modern distillery techniques, we have recreated and relaunched these luxurious and secretive age old recepies to relive and enhance a bygone era.
Nei nostri viaggi in tutta l'India una voce ci ha guidato verso un villaggio remoto ai piedi dell'Himalaya dove l'origine di una serie di pozioni mistiche usando ingredienti del luogo è stata creata in tempi antichi. Il nome del creatore venerato era una signora chiamata MEERA, e le sue pozioni furono fatte e distillate dai grandi maestri delle cucine reali del Rajasthan per essere serviti ai Maharaja e Maharani come liquori esotici. Oggi, con l'uso di moderne tecniche di distillazione, abbiamo ricreato e rilanciato queste antiche ricette lussuose e segrete per rivivere e valorizzare un'epoca passata.
